At our last Board Meeting there was a recommendation to create a new board position call Technology Specialty. This position would be responsible to Zoom, WiFi
, Setup and Testing of our hardware when our membership returns to the Church in January 2022. The Board asked me to take on this position as I step down from being President. I accepted this position staring in January 2022. The Board also asked to seek out a Co-Chair in the event I was unable to attend a meeting and to share the knowledge on setup etc. I called Susan Gibbs and explained what the position entailed and she accepted. Thank you, Susan Gibbs.
Our 1st. V.P. Terry Simon, 2nd Elizabeth Phinder and Linda Rasmussen our Secretary are planning guest speakers for the coming year, which will be presented from the Church in 2022.
Flash: We have a new and certified Pilates Instructor in our Guild! And her name is Jackie James, yes you heard it here. She will be attending our retreats and teaching us how to relax, stretch and energize our bodies when we’re sewing. There are also Zoom session(s) that are coming. Thank you, Jackie. Please reach out to her if you would like to see her sooner.
Robin Clark reported a secret elf donated 50 pillow-cases for Operation Elf for the Pasadena Operation Santa (Presented by the Pasadena Jaycees). Thank you whoever you are for brining such joy to so many children and families.
