PRESIDENT MESSAGE NOVEMBER 2021

President’s Message

Manny Caldera, President

“Happy Thanksgiving, and Happy New Year, Its family time,

What happen? “Well let me tell you…

My President Term is coming to an end.  It’s been such an honor to be your President.  One of the most important quest was to keep our Board and Guild Members informed and our Guild moving during this pandemic.  And yes, it’s been two years.  We have a new President coming on board and a new Board, which will be guiding our Guild forward.

Presenter are being contracted to provide outstanding quilting techniques as I write my last column.  Keeping our web stie up to date was pinnacle with me as well.

When our Guild returns to the Arcadia Community Church in January 2022, we will continue to board-cast via Zoom for our Out-of-State-Members or those members who were not able to attend that evening; they will be able to join via Zoom.  “No-one-will-be-left-behind…

Be safe, keep sewing and I will see you at the November meeting where we have one of our Members as a presenters; Louise Jandura who will be presenting “Sport Light & History”, and Jacque James for November 20 workshop “Our first Pilate Instructions”, Jacque will keep you in shape.

Remember, if you’re going to participate in our Holiday drive Thru, please contact Regina Danner our Holiday Chair.
